Andrew Horn(e) was probably born in 1864 in Montgomery and/or Telfair County, Georgia. When he was 6 years old he lived with Jane and Frederick Hall, next door to Matilda McAllister. It is believe that his mother's name was Susan (House).
Andrew was of mixed breed, believed to be Mulatto.
